Secretary General Yu Yanzhong Met with Prime Minister of Namibia Hage Geingob

Prime Minister of Namibia Hage Geingob, who is paying a friendly visit to China invited by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, attended the Namibia-China Investment and trade Forum held by China Entrepreneurs Thought Club in Shanghai Grand Central Hotel on April 13th.
Mr. Yu Yznzhong, Secretary General of China Entrepreneurs Thought Club, made welcoming remarks at the beginning. He said, Namibia –China share a time-honored friendship. Namibia is an important African country and it is among the first choice of Chinese government's "go global" policy of encouraging Chinese companies to invest abroad and cooperate with companies in overseas countries. He hoped that more Chinese enterprises will walk into Namibia to cooperate with Namibia enterprises after this forum and achieve mutual benefits.
Prime Minister of Namibia Hage Geingob also delivered keynote address at the forum.
He said, the President of the Republic, the Premier, the other very senior leaders all met him and had very serious discussions with him during their successful visit. We thank you for travelling from different cities to be here with us, small country and small delegation. You are dealing with country like us as equal partners at political level, and I hope will also at business level. In that way, we can keep a very good relationship and also a win-win situation. Namibia and China are always friends at political level with politicians succeeded to remain that way for many years. Now we are passing it onto you, the captains of industry, so that we can also maintain healthy relationship and friendly relationship forged by friendly people, all-weather friends to cooperate to develop China and Namibia.
China Entrepreneurs Thought Club signed the Letter of Intent with Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the witness of Prime Minister Hage Geingob, Secretary General Yu Yanzhong and more than 300 delegates attending the forum.
Also, entrepreneurs from China and Namibia held B2B meetings after the forum.
